Buyer Agents will call CSS, and CSS representatives will then contact Sellers to schedule all showings for your property. You will have access to your own online CSS account, where you can see all showings and feedback. You will automatically receive feedback e-mails as they come in, unless you specify otherwise.

Shanda will handle the administrative aspects of Buyer and Seller closings, from time of contract until closing. Shanda will be the point person for status updates, scheduling inspections, and generally ensuring all contractual items are completed prior to closing.
Closing Attorneys Rusty Moore and Jim Waechter, Bankers Title
Along with their West End and Brentwood staffs, Rusty and Jim will handle all legal aspects of closing, such as your title search, drawing up the HUD-1 Settlement Statement, handling wire transfers, and dealing with any legal issues that may arise during the course of your transaction.

Your home may need repairs or staging prior to listing. There may also be repairs needed as a result of any home inspections, or after you close. See the “Resources” section of my website for my list of preferred Vendors. These are folks I use on a consistent basis who have proven they do great work at a reasonable price!
